Lily&Rose Design Studio

Steven Har­ris Archi­tects col­lab­o­rated with inte­rior designer Rees Roberts to cre­ate a stun­ning mod­ern house located in Cabo San Lucas.  Casa Fin­is­terra is a pri­vate res­i­dence boast­ing build­ing mate­ri­als like con­crete, stone, metal and glass.  The house on the Baja Penin­sula over­looks sparkling waters and was designed to appear as part of the land­scape.  It is com­posed of pri­vate court­yards and ele­gantly designed inte­ri­ors,  with large expanses of glass open­ing the inte­ri­ors towards the views. A neu­tral color palette includ­ing white, beige, and grey is pierced by dark accents and adorned with min­i­mal­ist fur­ni­ture to cre­ate a calm­ing effect and place the focus on the sur­round­ing land­scape. Stone patios con­nect the vol­umes of the house and act as part of the interior/exterior space arrange­ment, allow­ing inhab­i­tants to make the most of this splen­did location.
